Schmidt's Pastry has been serving the Salt Lake area for many years. For the past ten years, Schmidt's has been part of The Store. They also have two other locations: one in Taylorsville and one in Salt Lake City. Steve Borg owns Schmidt's Pastry and personally makes sure that everything is baked fresh and brought in daily.
