The Produce Department
Chris Holbrook runs our produce department. He has been with The Store since 1993 and has worked in the produce industry for over 30 years. We recommend that you come in and try his special, homemade salsa made fresh at The Store every day. It is a loved favorite of many of our customers. Once you've tried it, we think it will be your favorite, too!
We buy our produce from only the best companies. Any produce we receive that is not fresh is immediately returned. We do not sell it for less—we don't sell it at all. Why would we sell you something we wouldn't want to feed our families? We only deal with fresh produce; and, when available, we purchase our produce from local vendors.
Each day we make up fresh tubs of cut melons, fresh tossed salads at our salad bar, and many other assortments of produce. You will also find an olive bar with a variety of imported olives, as well as beautiful fresh cut flower bouquets.
