Meier's Prime
Meier's Prime Meats and Deli has been with The Store for over 20 years and is run by Marsh Meier.
Marsh makes sure that all of the meat and deli items are high quality. He knows what Utah wants: top choice beef; fresh, never frozen chicken; and fish—among many other meats. Meier's features a gourmet meat section including different specialty cuts daily. Some examples of the specials are stuffed pork chops, gourmet blue cheese hamburger patties, special fish slices, beef tri-tips, etc. All marinated meats are freshly prepared in the store by our employees.
Our meat and deli section is open during the same hours The Store is open. This means that whenever you come in, you can have your meat sliced any way you like. You never have to settle for packaged meat that is not cut the way you want it.
Everything sold at the deli is homemade. This reduces the amount of preservatives used in the deli items. The chicken salad, potato salad, pasta salad, frog-eye salad, Jell-O salad, crab salad, and dinner entrées, to name a few, are all made by Meier's crew daily. You will never be served something that was made days ago and sent to us in a huge carton. Our deli selection is fresh and homemade on site. You can even order a fresh custom sandwich.
When you purchase your dinner from Meier's Prime Meats and Deli, you can still say that your meal was “homemade.”
